The trial period starts the day of delivery and the trial period ends up to 90 days later. When aids are returned at the end of the trial period, all monies will be returned to the patient.

If a patient chooses to cancel their order before the end of the trial period, they will forfeit the 100% money back GUARANTEE, and all Pennsylvania laws regulating the sale of hearing aids will apply. A state-regulated preparation fee of $300 per aid will be kept in compliance with Pennsylvania State law. All monies minus the preparation fee will be refunded to the patient.
